Shipping policy

All Aprana orders are delivered by Royal Mail and are usually dispatched 24 hours after your order is placed.

See our normal shipping costs below. For large orders or to plan your shipping internationally, please email: hello@aprana.co.uk for an accurate quote.

Express UK delivery. Normally delivered within 1-3 working days (Business hours Monday to Friday) and costs £5.99. Orders made on a week-end or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day. 

Standard UK delivery. Normally delivered within 2-4 working days (Business hours Monday to Friday) and costs £3.50 (Free on orders over £40). Orders made on a week-end or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day. 

 

Collection. If you are local or willing to travel; please choose the items you'd like to purchase, select 'collection' as a delivery option and pay for your items as normal. We will then get in touch via email to arrange the best time for you to visit us at the Aprana HQ, to collect your order. 

International delivery. Where an international delivery is arranged, please note customers are responsible for all customs and duty charges. We do not have control over customs periodically holding packages before reaching the final destination.
